Casual & Formal Colorado Winter Couples Photoshoot
What do you know, I got to photograph these two cuties yet again! Even though I am so very over all of this Colorado winter snow their pictures turned out stunning! The people in Western Colorado are typically pretty casual so I love when I get to photograph something a bit more formal or fancy, and Sonja in this Velvet dress is out of this world stunning! I try to encourage the couples I photograph to go with a casual outfit and then something a bit more fancy or dressy that way you get a little bit of both worlds! I love capturing motion in my photography and a long dress or skirt looks incredible moving around. If you have followed my photography in the past, Sonja and Keeton should look pretty familiar, thats because they are two of my best friends ever! I have been able to photograph them throughout their whole relationship and I swear their love for each other just gets sweeter and deeper. A Few weeks ago I was over at their new home for the super bowl and as I was leaving Sonja had hidden something of Keeton’s. As I got in my car I watched as Keeton playfully grabbed Sonja in a big bear hug giving her kisses and tickling her. Through the window I could see real love and admiration between two of my most favorite people, and I realized this is what happiness looks like. So when you see pictures of these two giggling or kissing each other tenderly you can have no doubt in your mind that these two people are very much in love.
